Staged by a quartet
of classically trained singers in period costumes, this bizarre
but entertaining offering is a blend of theatre, fervent
anthems of sobriety and audience participation…. It's fun!

"I really enjoyed your performance.
It's is so appropriate for MAC. Our guests had a hoot. Many of them
have been in town for several days because of the Food & Wine Festival
and when I run into them, they are still talking about it. I can't
wait till the Victorian Week performance."

Four vocally
gifted artists perform a robustly sung production,
poking fun at the Temperance Movement. The dialogue is campy
and cute. The songs are the high point - each was
given gracious and harmonious attention.

"Ida and I were terribly
impressed with the Temperance Tantrums performance at the Upstage
Restaurant on Saturday night. The writing, timing, musicianship,
and overall staging hit the mark with professional flair. It
was hard to believe you had just a few days' rehearsal on site with
the complete cast. It's also impressive that you sold out
the house three nights in a row. The word was out on the
street that your show was a winner. All our friends
that saw it liked it as much as we did. You had the right mix of
humor, music, and outlandish deportment to pull it
all together with style. You all deserved the rounds of applause
that followed you off the stage. Hope we get to deal with you again
in the future."

"The "creative"
diaglogue fits the authentic songs, and the bottles of Peacock's
